Class PreprocessorIfdef

A C/C++ preprocessor #ifdef directive. For example there is a PreprocessorIfdef on the first line of the following code:

#ifdef MYDEFINE
// ...
#endif

The syntax #ifdef X is shorthand for #if defined(X).
