BluebirdCoroutineDefinition	An async function created using a call to `bluebird.coroutine`.
BluebirdPromiseAllDefinition	A promise created using `Promise.all`:
ResolvedBluebidPromiseDefinition	A resolved promise created by the bluebird `Promise.resolve` function.
